Objective - To understand the outdoor patient flow at AIIMS,New Delhi and then propose an efficient system for handling the footfalls. InfocusRx team conducted a research on understanding the problems which the Out Patients encounter - like long waiting queues, limited service counters for patient registration, improper maintenance of patients' traffic at the OPD. These factors play a vital role in diluting the patient experience & create frustration among the patient. Backed with actual findings & data the team suggested an approach which comprehended the challenges in the most effective manner-
