An SMS solution technology and analytics & a centrally monitored TV channel with a compatible platform. SMS registration technology issues SMS code which acts as the ID and Token for patient's identification thereby cutting down the waiting time; unmanageable crowd & preventing patients from getting turned away. The centrally monitored TV channel helps the authorities keep the patients engaged while waiting by displaying various patient education notices, informing them about the waiting time & the schedule of each doctor so that they can effectively plan their stay and appointment.
