THE CHALLENGE
At the moment patients and caregivers most need clarity, the information available to them is fragmented, frightening, and often inaccessible — especially newer concepts like metastatic disease and biomarker testing that determine whether targeted therapy is even an option. A pharma sponsor needed a credible, non-promotional education asset that genuinely supports the patient journey while staying firmly within regulatory lines.
OUR APPROACH
We mapped the patient and caregiver journey in Sense — from “what is this?” to “how do I cope after treatment?” — and in Shape structured the complexity of oncology into clear, navigable pillars: about the disease, about metastatic disease and biomarker testing, diagnosis and treatment, and living with and beyond cancer, including the practical reality of managing finances. Content was grounded in credible epidemiology (Global Cancer Observatory / IARC / WHO) and built on an SEO-friendly architecture so patients find it organically, at the exact point of need.
