Medical and pharma organisations struggle to engage clinicians with credible, structured, on-demand education at scale. Conferences are expensive and episodic; sales-led detailing has limits. There was a need for an owned, durable channel for continuing medical education and peer knowledge-sharing.
In Sense we identified the high-value clinical topics and the formats clinicians actually consume. In Shape we built a structured CME content and faculty model that gives the education credibility and a consistent voice. In Scale we delivered it digitally as on-demand modules and sessions, and in Sustain wired ongoing programming so the platform keeps clinicians coming back rather than expiring after a single campaign.
The platform gave the client an owned, scalable channel for accredited clinician engagement — extending medical education well beyond the reach and cost of physical events, and creating a recurring touchpoint with the prescribing community.
