VitreosHealth (Dallas, Texas) built an advanced population health analytics platform that combines EHR data, claims data, and socio-economic determinants to enable risk stratification, early intervention, and improved outcomes at scale. Despite strong technology, the challenge was to translate capability into clear positioning, sustained demand, and scalable adoption. IMC was engaged across strategy, marketing, and execution.
