A complete rebrand and “One Health” positioning for India’s biologicals leader
Indian Immunologicals Ltd (IIL) is India’s market leader in veterinary and human biologicals — a rare organization operating across both animal and human health. IIL engaged IMC to strategize its online positioning, but the opportunity was far larger: to give a company spanning animal, human, and environmental health a single, unifying idea and a complete brand and digital identity to match. IMC led a large-scale rebranding and positioning program, conceived around the “One Health” concept, and brought it to life through a corporate website, content, and a flagship public-health campaign.

IMC operated as the brand strategy and full-scale execution partner — conceptualizing the positioning, designing the brand and digital identity, and delivering the corporate website, content strategy and content, corporate video, e-detailing and vernacular content, social media planning and outreach, and a flagship campaign.
Created the unifying idea connecting animal, human, and environmental health – turning IIL’s breadth into a single, ownable strategic narrative that reflects its dual leadership in veterinary and human biologicals.
Translated the One Health concept into IIL’s brand, online positioning, communication, and identity.
Designed and developed the corporate website as the digital home for the repositioned brand.
Delivered content strategy and content plus a corporate video to carry the One Health story, with e-detailing content for scientific and field engagement and vernacular content for reach across India.
Conceived and executed a flagship public-health campaign (fearlessagainstrabies.com) that brought One Health to life around rabies — a zoonotic disease connecting animal and human health — supported by social media outreach.
Built a social media plan and outreach program to carry the brand and campaign consistently.
