Piramal partnered with IMC to build a consumer-engagement digital platform spanning its broad consumer-healthcare portfolio — brands including Caladryl, i-pill, i-can, i-sure, Lacto Calamine (Lotion, Sunshield, and RENEU), Polycrol, Saridon, QuikKool, Jungle Magic, SupraActive, and Littles, among others. The engagement spanned platform, content, video, consumer-engagement campaigns, a call centre, and social media.
