Cysticercosis is under-recognised and under-diagnosed. Driving correct diagnosis and treatment requires educating two very different audiences at once: physicians who need clinical confidence, and the distribution channel that determines whether the right products are available where they’re needed. Neither succeeds in isolation.
In Sense we identified the clinical and channel knowledge gaps. In Shape we built a single authoritative hub that serves as the reference point for the disease. In Scale we developed physician-facing education alongside distributor-enablement content — so awareness on the clinical side and readiness on the supply side move together rather than out of sync.
The hub aligned the clinical and commercial sides of a niche category, building diagnostic awareness among physicians while keeping the distribution channel informed and ready — a single source of truth for a disease that previously had none.
