Building a category-defining, AI-led nutraceutical intelligence ecosystem
The nutraceutical industry is expanding rapidly, but it remains structurally challenged: fragmented knowledge, slow product-development cycles, limited decision-support systems, and weak alignment between innovation, science, and commercialization. NutrifyToday was envisioned not as a single platform but as a connected ecosystem combining intelligence, technology, learning, and leadership engagement — with NutrifyGenie, an AI-powered product, at its core. IMC was engaged to define, create, and operationalize the ecosystem end-to-end.

At inception, the vision existed but lacked structure and execution pathways:
